Alpha Hotel Pekanbaru

Upon arriving at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by its convenient location close to the airport. It was so convenient to just hop in a taxi and arrive at my hotel within minutes. the room itself was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the city skyline from the window. the bathroom was modern and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities provided. the staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of delicious options to start the day on a positive note.

It would have been even better if there were more dining options available within the hotel premises.

Hotel's position only a short distance to all my favorite places, like Nurul Hidayah. Great prices, no reason to complain...

Nothing, all excellent.

It is near the airport. Plaza suka ramai was easily accessible within 15 minutes by foot. Was a superb base for holiday. Free parking onsite was provided.

The hotel offered two key amenities that were highly appreciated during my business trip. the complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi connection was a major advantage, as it allowed me to stay connected and work efficiently from my room. the hotel's central location was definitely a highlight. It was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, making it easy for me to navigate my way around and explore the local attractions. Lastly, I particularly enjoyed the prompt and efficient room service, ensuring that all my requests were catered to in a timely manner.

I have to mention a couple of negative aspects. the rooms were quite small, which might not suit those looking for more spacious accommodation.

What I liked about the hotel was their high-speed internet and complimentary breakfast. the hotel is located in a convenient area, close to some local attractions and public transportation. One more thing that I appreciated was the affordable price of the rooms.

I'm sad to say that my experience at this hotel was unpleasant. the rooms were extremely small, and the corridor leading to them was dimly lit, making it uncomfortable to walk through.
